it was important to get wheelchair accessible room with panoramic view, a balcony, comportable beds and that went well. the location was marvellous - just 5 minutes' walk from main square.

It was a brilliant central location.

Included in our booking were a choice of drinks in the evening or lunch. We chose the drinks but were dissapointed to discover that we were unable to use the vouchers on the rooftop bar. If we were to use these vouchers up there we would have stayed for dinner using the upstairs restaurant.

poor shower pressure

The staff were good, I was welcomed with a Prosecco voucher to the sky bar-cheers to that! Plus, my room was sparkling clean, complete with a fridge and kettle for my late-night cuppas.

The shower pressure seemed to be in a rebellious mood-jumping around was not part of the itinerary! No free parking. I guess my car had to pay for its own fun.
